There are some questions that we get asked more than others...

 

Do you ship Worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

 

Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

If you place a large order, it may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.

 

How long will my order take to deliver?

International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. A tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your item is shipped.

 

Where do you ship from?
We ship from various overseas manufacturers. Please keep in mind that if you order multiple items, they may arrive separately due to this.  

 

What Currency is your prices in? 
All prices listed are in USD.

 

Will I have to pay any customs fees?

We are confident that there will be no customs fees. However we are not responsible for customs fees or import duties. If any such costs are required, it is the buyers responsibility to pay the balance.

 

What are my payment options?

We accept payments by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, 2CO.

 

 What are my delivery options?

We currently only offer one standard shipping option, which is free.

 

How secure is your site?

Jim n’ Coke processes payments using the 2Checkout payment gateway. 2Checkout is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by 2Checkout to prevent fraud.

 

Can I amend my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. We ship items out usually within 1 working day, so cannot guarantee any changes will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out with the correct items and shipping info.

 

Where is my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

 

How do I track my parcel?

You can track your parcel via the email we sent you. We also have a link to our Order Tracking page on our Home Page.

 

When will I receive my parcel?

Once your order is trackable, it will take between 10 to 35 business days to be delivered. Depending on different country’s custom restrictions, this may take longer (we wish this wasn't the case).

 

Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely. We offer a 30 day refund time from the date you receive your parcel. Read our Refund Policy page for more info. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so we may resolve your issue with the product.

 

What if I received a faulty item?

If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via ‘Contact Us’ on our website.

 

Why is my order taking so long?
There can sometimes be delays in order time due to customs clearance, logistics holdups, holiday season, and other factors.  Please understand that we cannot always control this.  Delays can sometimes happen due to these things, so we ask that you remain patient.  If your order doesn't arrive, we will issue you a full refund.  

 

Will this item get to me before _________? 
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays.
